LOGAN CONWAY

Never Confuse Ridiculous With Stupid

Logan Conway has somehow invited himself into the McCoy family, where he now considers Troy his brother and Troy's parents his own.

Angie hasn't exactly discouraged him.

After all, Logan once saved her treasured skillets during an encounter involving the Morales drug cartel. Troy points out that he saved his mother's life.

Angie remains impressed by the skillets.

In his late 40s, Logan works for a secretive government operation known simply as The Company, an umbrella organization spanning America's alphabet soup of intelligence and law-enforcement agencies.

He's also one of its very best agents.

You'd never know it.

Logan specializes in handling crises before anyone else realizes there is one. He could be drinking orange juice at breakfast while quietly neutralizing a threat behind Troy—and probably never put down the glass.

Most people initially dismiss Logan as an incompetent buffoon.

Logan thinks that's their problem.

Then there's Gina Rossi. Logan was delighted to learn she was a physicist because he naturally assumed that meant she liked getting physical.

She married him anyway.

Almost.

But that's another story.
